Overview:

• Engaged to provide Program Management in support of the Master Architect and Engineer's (KMD & ARUP) task of delivering the campus master plan (8,000,000 sf, 360 acres) and Vehicle Engineering Center building design (2,500,000 sf). Disciplines engaged in this task included architectural (base building, landscape, and interior), mechanical, electrical, plumbing, waste, fire protection, structural and infrastructure (systems) engineering.

• Definition of Programming Process within GM
• Definition macro (campus) level programming principles
• Definition of building level programming for the proposed Vehicle Engineering Center
• Definition of Business Unit requirements
• Management of Architectural, Site Planning and Engineering consultants in the programming effort.

• Established team-wide macro programming process
• Consolidated Business Unit requirements
• Documented existing real estate inventory, infrastructure, Space Types, Constraints (Codes, Zoning, other), precedents and identified relevant benchmarks
• Consolidated presentation of drivers and recommendations
